2. Data we process

Identification and contact data: first name, last name and email address.
Sports profile, only if you authorize it: the sport you play (padel, tennis or both), role (player, coach or head coach), the club you go to most, favorite brand, the paddle or racket you use, and weekly frequency of play, training or lessons.
Board content: the plays you save to your account.
Subscription: plan purchased, status and dates. Your card details are processed directly by Stripe; TacticBo never sees or stores them.
Consent records: date and time, version of the accepted texts and options selected.

We do not process special categories of data. Please do not include them in the notes on your plays.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you (art. 22 GDPR).

4. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. After that, it is blocked for the limitation periods of any potential liabilities (generally 5 years; 4 years for tax purposes) and deleted once they expire. Data based on your consent is kept until you withdraw it.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data, including with clubs or brands, unless legally required. Our technology providers access it as processors under contract (art. 28 GDPR): , and, where applicable, the email delivery tool.

6. International transfers

If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under a European Commission adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses (art. 46 GDPR). You can request a copy of the safeguards at .

7. Minors

TacticBo is intended for users aged 14 and over (art. 7 LOPDGDD). Below that age, the account must be created by the minor's parent or legal guardian, who consents on the minor's behalf.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability free of charge, and withdraw your consent at any time. 9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (art. 32 GDPR): encrypted connections, protected passwords, access rules that prevent one user from seeing another's data, and access restricted to authorized personnel.

TacticBo only uses technical storage needed to keep your session and preferences (language, sport, court colors). We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
