1. Owner and purpose

These terms govern the use of TacticBo, a 3D tactical board for padel, tennis and pickleball offered by (Tax ID , ). By creating an account, you accept them.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for any use of your account. You can delete it at any time from My account.

3. Plans and payments

Player plan y Coach plan: paid subscriptions, with the features, limits and prices shown on the website. They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices include applicable VAT.
Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel whenever you want from "Manage payment and invoices"; you will keep access until the end of the paid period.
If a payment fails or you cancel, you lose access to the board at the end of the paid period. Your plays are not deleted: you get them back when you subscribe again.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw. By activating your subscription, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content; under art. 103.m) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU, Spanish Consumer Protection Act), you lose your right of withdrawal from that moment.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use TacticBo for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, or copy or resell the software.

6. Intellectual property

The software, the design and the TacticBo™ trademark (EU trademark application no. 019428721) belong to . The plays you create are yours; you give us permission to store them and display them in your account in order to provide the service.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. TacticBo is a support tool; sports decisions and safety during training are the responsibility of whoever leads the session.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction.
